I realise that the education store price has become cheaper too as compare to the first pre-order week for all S25 series.

Yup. I have not yet ordered mine. I am still contemplating on the upgrade. The upgrade to S25 ultra isn't really significant.

The only upgrade I see is the 50MP ultra-wide camera lens, up from 10MP from S23 Ultra. I'm waiting for them to upgrade all lens to 50MP. After trading in S23 Ultra, with all the various promo codes including 2 year care+, I still have to pay around $1.3k + for 1TB version

this Airbot 4-in-1 one is good. I personally tested at Airbot shop, it's $30 from its shop at JEM. Can immediately use, no need wait for shipping. It's cheaper than buying from shopee

Tested charging my S23 Ultra + Watch 5 Pro together with the Airbot charger.

With this trade up extra, S22 trade in price becomes attractive as it is close to trading in an S23 Ultra...

Smart move by Samsung, so that S21/22 customers upgrade before green line issue. Saves them some cost while selling more S25.
