Not worry, just want to see when it will shift nia. Another 3 years it will become 75 re-employment. Issue is above 40s now already can't find job, dunno how to re-employ at 60.
Do security guard and cleaners still got chance to work beyond 60

70? seriously now a days talk is cheap and easy hor.
THEY CANNOT EVEN SOLVE THE PROBLEM FOR THose in 40s while keeping the gates open with their favourites talents yet talk about 70s.

Sometimes i hope we have a ah siao liek Trump also who wack some reality to certain aspect of a country
and not just show us what is a real like canon fairy party

my office got alot work till 65 above, work 30 40 years in same company

still dun wan to leave cuz they got nowhere to go

and all they do is kpkb about other pple, and meddle with politics , ask them do new thing also kp, ask them dun do anything also kp same guilty cannot take salary for freee ,. duno wtf they wan also

then when they do something, either they do all wrong or very slow until whjole section KPI fail because of them

gov can say anything they wan do anything n increase until 100

problem is, are they capable of doing the task given to them even if they learn?
How come your company extend their employment contract.

is just a PR exercise for ruling party to show we care for elderly when actual ground , the sentiment and reality is different.

Even 30-40s have hard time find jog.

my 007 agency also same... they r the ownership of the system and most of them worked 20 years but always come n give us **** n settle for them... our dept like rubbish bins or trash centre for those people

Lmao, its not just local companies, even american MNC i work for have such retards,

good at talking crap, making " sound decision " but no changes to profit or even employees happiness.

dont get me started on HR.
