In what Mr A called the “traumatic” moments after the crash, he said his Grab driver and another person rushed to see if they could help the Porsche driver.

“He was screaming for help and knocking against his window but they couldn’t help as the flame was so strong.”

The Porsche 911 Turbo (930) is nicknamed "the Widowmaker" because of its tendency to oversteer and crash. This is due to its rear engine layout and short wheelbase.

Why is it called the Widowmaker?
  • The 930's handling characteristics were unfamiliar to many drivers.

  • The 930's rear weight distribution made it difficult to maintain control.

  • The 930's turbocharger would kick in at high RPMs, causing the car to oversteer.

  • Inexperienced drivers would often cut through an apex, expecting to maintain power, but would lose control when the turbo kicked in.
Really not for noobies to drive huan

Kwek Leng Beng CDL nephew also die in a Porsche 911 when he speeding in NSHW

Bro that one in KL late at night most likely pushing near or higher than 200kmh. It’s totally different story to this 911 which is going far slower.

Petrol tank already ruptured since the start of impact with railings and poles
go watch other video in fb

Means ev drivers need to wear full fireman gear while driving
Wah bro, like that say then ICE drivers must wear bomb squad suit also lah? 🚗💥😂

  • EV Fire Rare, But Dramatic – Ya lah, EV fire harder to put out, but actually happens way less than petrol car fire. If really need fireman suit, then ICE drivers jialat first lor. 🔥👨‍🚒
  • ICE Fire More Common – Petrol leak, engine overheat, exhaust too hot—all these can spark fire. You see petrol car burn also very fast one, sometimes still got explosion bonus. 💥
  • EV Got Safety Measures – Battery packs got cooling system, impact protection, automatic shutdown, all designed to reduce fire risk. Won’t suddenly piak then whole car on fire lah. 🔋🔥
So no need fireman gear lah, just drive safe, maintain car properly, no matter EV or ICE. Unless you planning to drift into a petrol station while smoking, then different story. 🚬🔥😆
