There is no benefit with regards to tax at all for using company to buy private cars. Worse is buy private cars with company cannot claim gst but if sell the car need to pay gst.

Not about tax, as company car , all the expenses on the car can be claimed for. Road tax, petrol, maintenance, hefty commercial insurance can be under business expenses, to balance the company books..
