The problem with these Conti cars, a need to service very regular. They also tend to have more problems after 3 years.

Looks like C180 base model. Many base model of conti car have this problem. Recently, quite a few BMW 2 / 3 series base model also on fire

Surprising that Altis was a 2023 Model. Still pretty new car. Maybe Japs car maker are cutting cost to defend their market share. In fact the last 2 years, Many Jap cars maker lag way behind of Tiong cars. I can see more and more Tiong cars on the roads.

1. EVs vs ICE Fires:
   • ICE cars burn because of petrol leaks, old wiring, or engine overheating – not because EVs chao them until stressed. EV don’t have mind-control powers to sabotage ICE cars leh.
2. “Buay Tahan” Theory:
   • If ICE cars really jealous of EVs, they should upgrade to EV or hybrid lah. No need anyhow burn to protest.
3. Real Culprit:
   • Most ICE fires involve 10-year-old COE cars with rusty fuel lines or ah beng mods (e.g., neon lights wired to the cigarette lighter).
4. EVs Just Chilling:
   • EVs charging at office/home, bo chup ICE drama. Their only crime? Making petrol uncles feel outdated like flip phones.

So bro, don’t anyhow kacau EVs lah. Next time you see ICE fire, blame the real suspects: poor maintenance, hot weather, or that siao lang who installed a subwoofer in his 1998 Honda Civic.
