There is no cost to you to be safe than sorry. If you were lucky, might even get a pay raise.

company announce layoff recently, moi dont even know why they hire moi last year but moi contract only rah

dont know which head count moi under.....but pay is agency give moi rah

I wouldn't overthink if I were you. You are a contract staff anyway. Just cross fingers and keep applying for other jobs. At your age, still can afford shorter tenures and jump companies a few times.

haha I just finish 6 months jod after NS last yr, recently join current company for abt 3 months.....

looks like job hopping /cannot stay in a company long leh, dont look good on resume, waiting to see what moi manazer replies

Means you are considered augmented staff, augmented staff should always plan for new job at the end of contract and don’t expect extension.

Perm >= contract > augmented
