took minced beef about 200g, put inside a pan let the fat render out. toss some frozen mixed vegetables inside and put about 1/3 jar of pasta sauce added some chicken breast for some extra protein for gym then stir stir 5-6 min, lower heat put lid on simmer 2-3min.
while stiring throw some salt, + seasoning and soy sauce inside at discretion.
