My toilet door opening is slanted. After toilet upgrading saw the door frame top and bottom has difference distance from the concrete wall.

also are slanted floors a norm now?

yes kitchen and toilet have gradient towards drain, but kitchen and toilet flooring are isolated sections.

Inside his beedio he said BSC agreed to rectify within 2 weeks but his header stated BSC don't wanna rectify.

Trying harder and harder to grab attention.

No blame culture please. I'm sure the slant is caused by full moon/hot sun/gravitational pull. It is definitely up to standard!

Who does the quality control of HDB flats?

Does it exist to begin with?

Has the job been dumbed down for cheaper better faster to screw Sinkies?

Nowadays some HDB flat building projects are awarded to by tiongland construction firms just like some of the MRT projects so don’t be surprised tofu construction are already happening…

He already said if they do a cement screed to level the floor before laying the tiles, the store room door will not be able to open as the tiles will be blocking the bottom of store room door due to the increase in floor height to get the levelling even.

If it’s lower at the windows end no issue as they can add more cement to raise the floor. But problem is it is lower at main door/store room end, , if raise will block storeroom door from being open.

And he mentioned if u having dinner, your bowl of soup and cup of drink can see the obvious slanting angle

Only toilet and wash area have gradient. There is no specs in arch drawings for gradient in living room.

brother come out play, but offend everyone from top to bottom, haizzz

huh you 2 are agents ?

offend who ?

so the owners should just gong gong live with bad slope ? or the Guy from youtube need to ask the customer to topup for extra layer removal at the living room ?

this is basics for BSC, yet the +/- difference is so drastic

How about those units who opt in OCS? Can they detect the uneven floor?
