as long its lady driver, i give way. It's not I'm courteous, friendly, its I don't want to die. U see how they walk on pedestrian walkway, they will hog, walk zizag, don't pay attention to other pedestrians. what makes u think so they will behave differently when driving? the society has some how given them '他们会让我的嘛' mentality.

Incidentally i just saw a motorcyclist texting and 1 handed riding just now........eyes glued to the phone for more than 10 seconds. Quite power.
Only thing is that he was riding somewhat slowly, like 30-40kmh.


The using mobile phone while using the roads law really needs a mandatory jail sentence, starting from min 6 months.

Pls do the same for pedestrians caught jaywalking with mobile phone or cyclists using mobile phones. Fellow road users can take video and then detain the fella and call police.

Today new law endactment tomorrow you see how many still using their mobile phones be it drivers, cyclists or pedestrians using the roads.

There is ABSOLUTELY no place for using mobile phones on the roads, be it drivers, cyclists or pedestrians. You wanna do so coz of emergency, sure, just take 5 seconds to signal left and stop and use to your hearts content. All it takes is just 5 seconds max.

Poor motorcyclist, inadvertently saved the *F**** Lady Driver. Imagine the 2 motorcyclists not there, the lady would have chionged red light and hit or got hit by cars traveling in the other direction and potentially hand in her own IC! She deserved to be the one getting injured and not the poor 70 years old Unker!

Ya. Look at the stopping distance. She hit the bike then start applying the bike. Her car already moved beyond the stop line and into the junction already. If she neve hit the bike, she would have chiong thru the junction.

She would likely be dead now or minimum very serious accident.

Did he check his rear mirror for incoming traffic before filtering into the overtaking lane? He didn't or didn't check enough? He should not have filtered across two lanes in one fell swop. After he filtered from lane 3 to lane 2, had he stayed in lane two longer, he would have seen that car coming in fast and furious and he should not filtered into lane 1 further.

The female car driver is responsible of course. She didn't seemed to slow down after the motorcycle is already right in front of her. Maybe she was on the phone?

Both are responsible. But the man is the elone laying in the hospital now. He is on the losing ended, and I don't mean monetarily.
