Impossible to retire there unless u marry a local there. Even you don’t own the actual property there..it works differently from Thailand. Even you buy developments from our esteemed local developers in VN, you only own it for 60 years as a foreigner.. you need the red book.

Yeah, no ho khau can forget it....but I feel no need buy property....
think go there when moi is 55, just rent one all the way

but more impiortantly is visa...dun wan every few months must travel out...
