theres no right or wrong answer. just different shoes

Also, many of their policies don't make sense to me.

1. Always increase BTO flat prices but then give grants and subsidies.
2. Always increase HDB property tax because of rental increase. Why I hv to pay higher when I don't rent out my house?
3. Only 1 sibling can claim tax rebate for elderly parents when all children is financially supporting?
4. Pay GST on Water borne tax and Water Conservation Tax. Just see your bill. Why must pay tax on tax?

Last time PAP was efficient. I remember when GCT become PM things have become worse, highlighted by the NKF saga. That was back in the 90s. How has it been since then?
