I think his mindset is similar to Ah Jin.
You can bring him out of the camp but you cannot bring the camp out of him.
Throw him out to the real world.
I think he will suffer more.
Always wondered how he would fare being in a C-Suite position in the private sector e.g Banks/MNCs/Tech Companies.
Wonders if he would perhaps uses his army logic during the senior management meeting to explain why his team not hitting the KPIs.

She is good in an estate manager/public speaker in events kind la.

Tbh, tiagong alot of the people who worked with her in EY and the Civil Service say she not suited to the corporate world and technical (on-the-job) kind of skills not so good one. She actually not so smart/capable in doing her work.

As in, difficult to be a Subject Matter Expert kind of role one. Not like Tharman/Jamus/LMW/Piyush Gupta in the field of Economics (her field is Business Administration) kind of level, she seems like she not suited to be in managerial position (Senior Or C-Suite Level kind).
Be mp actually no need be super smart
See daryl David
Beh yam keng etc

Can win the residents heart can liao

Never really had the chances to interact with employees from Business China before.

Just that, have heard about people mentioning that she is actually not very capable in doing work when at EY/Civil Service. Couple with her short stints at DCS Card Centre/GRAB and now, she just joined MVGX 9 months ago.

Just abit curious on her understanding of the current economic situation and how well is she able to contribute into formulating policies to address needs of Singapore Citizens, if in the event she becomes a Minister eventually.
It’s about who you know and not what you know.

Same experience with some one I know in uni.

Got the citizenship here.
Moved to USA many years ago.

Dun think most of them will be stuck here for the rest of their life.
They will gain all the lobang here and dump the place once they secure better lobang overseas.
We are just a stepping stone. Even my resale flat previous owner were Indo couple migrated to us. Appointed poa to execute the transaction on their behalf. Never got a chance to o see them 😂 😂. Smart people

Of course they'd go to real 1st world country, not stay in one dat ish turning back to 3rd world under 4G.
First world prices, 3rd world policies. It's like back to the 70s when sg started to industrialize. foreigner in mncs and factory lines.

PS is taking one step at a time.
He mentioned that he planned to field 1/3 portion of the total candidates for this campaign.
Not sure whether he have enough bro and sis to achieve the target.

As for joining his party, I guess you need to be some hard core to do it.
Any self-serving person is better off going to the other side.

I guess PS can only be ambitious after this GE.
However, the population demography is pretty much against him unless he can get some NC candidates to gather the additional support.

As for Rambo Tan, I think they are handling him a tough task for some one who is inexperienced himself to be the anchor.
It is the same for the SMC with all the one term advisors.
MP/BH will be a close fight.
Pritam need to be ambitious and step.out to contest in East Coast/ Marine Parade to win another GRC and don't need to give way to kachang puteh parties like NSP, SDA or PAR and contest where they want o contest.
