1) 6gb at $32.90 p/mth (sell BE805 for $300) -> effectively about $20.40 p/mth
or
2) 10 gb at $50.90 p/mth (sell BT10 for $700) -> effectively about $21.73 p/mth
It feels like might as well go for 10gb lol but its gonna be severely underutilized. But then it also makes me consider to keep the BT10 to replace my AX6000 + XT8 mesh setup. Although technically at the end of day, my 'heavier' devices like PC and NAS is limited to 1gbps ethernet ports and i don't think i wanna spend more just to upgrade more bottleneck parts.
You forget there is an option to top up S$12 per month for the Asus ZenWiFi BT10 for the 6Gbps plan.
BTW, you may not be able to sell the two units of BT10 at S$700, so I will calculate at S$660. Same for Archer BE805 -- I will use S$276 for calculation.
1) M1 6Gbps recontract offer at $32.90/mth (sell BE805 for $276) -> effectively about $21.40/mth
or
2) M1 6Gbps recontract offer at $44.90/mth (sell BT10 x 2 for $660) -> effectively about $17.40/mth
or
3) M1 10Gbps recontract offer at $50.90/mth (sell BT10 x2 for $660) -> effectively about $23.40/mth
For those out of contract but cannot get the recontract offer, one option is to sign up as new user.
1) M1 6Gbps new user offer at $34.90/mth (sell BE805 for $276) -> effectively about $23.40/mth
or
2) M1 6Gbps new user offer at $46.90/mth (sell BT10 x 2 for $660) -> effectively about $19.40/mth
or
3) M1 10Gbps new user offer at $55.90/mth (sell BT10 x 2 for $660) -> effectively about $28.40/mth
Now you can see 6Gbps offer is of better value than 10Gbps.
