Eating veges alone is useless.

Need to complement with lots of water.

Our body cannot naturally process fibre (veges, fruits etc).

It needs water to form solid mass.

Just eating veges without water will constipate even harder.

Drink about 2L everyday still the same. Sometimes caffeine helps.
Eat papaya. It has natural water content.

This way you won’t drink too much water also.

Sometimes too much water can cause constipation. Achieve the opposite effect of what you want.

Try kiwi also. It’s a natural laxative very effective. Once a day will do otherwise will lao.

Tried all these fruits (including banana, pomelo) already but doesn't help. Last time pitted prune works, not anymore. Even eat yogurt everyday when i was on vacations doesn't work that well, effect only came few days later (i always consipate when overseas). Now will take medication if I'm desperate.
