Election is coming... He is just leveraging on the liberation day to "scare" voters. We have already gotten used to all the price hikes... increase in GST and what have you... All thanks to them... Seriously, the effects on the tariff war might have little impact on us as there is only one bully... in fact there is going to be better partnerships with other countries and it is in fact an opportunity for us....

Just like TRF issue... it is a global issue as said by the incumbents who say that it is bo bian... so I would not expect any creative solutions coming out from them.... but I am sure that they will be "monitoring" the situation.......as always ........

I like him for trying hard to make a politically correct stand. Although he said that WTO and Free Trade made everyone rich, I disagree, US is constantly getting itself into DEEPER debts.

However, I give him credits that SG only got 10% and he is smart not to retaliate so we can get economic benefits out of this.
