Hi all, I’m on the basic $7.77 plan. Last month I went into Msia and enjoyed the data roaming which is part of the subscription. But in the latest bill, I got changed an additional $2.50+ for “Roam Saver”. Anyone experienced this before? I didn’t make any local phone calls.. purely using data only
screen shot of you usage app will help

Oh my bad, I just realise the “roam saver” line is actually a pro-rated charge for March, because I port over in mid March. Sorry for the false alarm..haha thanks both!

Lol, I slowly got my family to port over to Zym, now 4 out of 5 people moved from eight/ Starhub to Zym. Last one still one Starhub.

The data roaming, cheaper price, 5G and better connectivity in the west side, prove tempting to them haha.
do they face issues receiving calls from starhub mobile users? i switched from myrepublic (starhub) and 2 of my lines have same issue. Unable to receive incoming calls from starhub mobile users.. help..
