if u can wait and not choosy, apply for bto.

why?
-property is ath (u can go see the property chart).... recession etc will damp the property market
-90~95 years lease resale are the peak price.
-After covid, hdb are ramping 2rm bto supply..... only wait 2~5 years depending on project.

is it hard to get bto as first timer? No

As for sbf, priority give to elderly or family etc.

2 to 5 years of waiting plus uncertainty/ no guarantee doesn't seem to be worth the difference of 200-250k

Plus a key issue for me is wanting to move out asap.

My sliding door had repair many times liao as the door in awhile will touch the floor then the door cannot slide .

As below no track , only the top hold on the door .

but i define our RS as room mate only..

Starting, i fine with Tenant's friend borrow toliet,
soon it take adv and one day i found out bring friend back for overnight when i go to my mom house overnight.

I got nth to do, so i open the cctv and found out de..
This overnight thing is a NO NO to me, not matter how much u give me.
The Tenant say can give $$ but i say is not money issue.
Dont ask me why but i just dont like.

Since thn, i told this Tenant NO MORE bring anyone home.

i notice those who stay too long outside, rent house one..
forget what is call home and respect.

you can try cook some simple food. i also use air fryer or can try follow me to plan to get 4 or 5 pcs of borosilicate glass @ 1.2 or 1.5litres for my weekly meal prep.


me thinking of La gourmet cause their say it 100% borosilicate glass, most other just say borosilicate glass (so i think it not 100%)



it have 1L or 1.5L no 1.2L, dont know get bigger or smaller better
