That my cooker hood, if the food I cook I knew will make too much smoke or smell I put on table then start to cook, so all blow outside.


The lady finger i cook no smoke , very strong smell so I put on floor to have extra space but I use the oil spatter shield to prevent oil from how spatter

you can try cook some simple food. i also use air fryer or can try follow me to plan to get 4 or 5 pcs of borosilicate glass @ 1.2 or 1.5litres for my weekly meal prep.


me thinking of La gourmet cause their say it 100% borosilicate glass, most other just say borosilicate glass (so i think it not 100%)



it have 1L or 1.5L no 1.2L, dont know get bigger or smaller better

mine from TB around 500 exculde shipping. i suggest get locally even if it 3 to 6k

mine is china sus 304 aka fake 304, in 2 yr or so, i will spend 3 to 6k to get a local stainless steel cabinet which supply to local F&B


cause china have a few so call sus 304 grade

china sus 304 = international sus 201
china national sus 304 = international low grade sus 304

Simple. Use magnet then you know fake real or fake fake SS304.

3 series stainless steel are not magnetic.

Nickel : 8% to 10.5%
Manganese (Mn): 2% max
Molybdenum: 0%


Magnesium test for the Magnesium in SS if the <2% dont change, >2% change

N8 bottle tests for the ≥8% Nickel ( it mean if more then 8% nickel, it will change color). 304 will change color

M2 bottle tests for the ≥2% of Molybdenum- for 304 the color will fade as it Molybdenum is >2% (304 have no Molybdenum)

I'll ask the Raffles guy during site survey whether they're ok with sourcing another primer, or I buy the primer for them.
