NSP has made a severe mistake in choosing to contest Sembawang & Sembawang West. They will win less than 2% of the vote and lose their deposit.
Maybe 5% because SDP is not a very strong brand name and the candidates with baggage like Ben Pwee and Tan Jee Say maybe contesting under their banner

Nsp really being retarded this time round.

Why nobody want bukit combat ah btw? 0 interests sia
Think their president Sebastian Teo got dementia still think their party is as popular they were in 2011. Three corner contest with WP will only get 1% or so of the votes

Won't happen normally bc opposition will vote for the biggest oppo party.
But in Tampines, bc GMS is very different from WP, could see PPP screwing them over, e.g. PAP 48% WP 42% PPP 9% NSP 1%
I think PAP 53%, WP 45%, PPP 1% and NSP 1%

RDU is a responsible party. You can tell they make sense in everything they say and is all for opposition unity. They even ok to pull out of anywhere if a stronger opposition comes.
Think is because they don't want to lose deposit and not because they are a strong party like WP or PSP which will make the 3rd party lose deposit

They will get about 2% in tamp, 5% in Sembawang. If he also participate the smc he will get less than 1%. All lose deposit.

Marine parade they sure pull out.

0% chance of winning in a multi-cornered fight. Not sure why Singapore’s oppo parties are unable to unite. Back in 2018, Bolehland oppo parties came together under the 'Harapan' coalition and managed to get 1-on-1 contests in all 200+ seats against the ruling 'Barisan Nasional'. As a result, Harapan managed to topple BN, which had ruled for over 50 years, marking Malaysia’s first-ever change of government.

Yeah but PPP PAR and NSP seems determined to try their best and lose deposits. Damn weird. Totally don't make sense
Red Dot Party is willing to withdraw if there is 3 corner fight because they need to be responsible to their donors to spend money wisely and keep their deposit. As for PPP, PAR and NSP maybe they have mystery donors that use their party to wash money so they don't care about losing deposit

Singh coming East Coast GRC.

Analysts have speculated that Mr Singh, who is Leader of the Opposition, would leave Aljunied to go to neighbouring East Coast GRC.

A WP team in East Coast managed to poll 46.6 per cent against a PAP team led by Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat in the 2020 General Election.
Then who be the minority candidate in Aljunied? :(
