If NSP go to Marine Parade, I will stil vote WP because NSP has no plan or strategy and only a bunch of noisemakers, very certain majority of the opposition votes go to WP.
At least people can trust WP to take good care of the people and estate but not NSP rah

If they are ordinary low income worker, edmwers will say they are just in for the MP allowance.

I can bet no human is ever suitable to be MP for edmwers as long as they are joining PAP. :o

INGAPORE – Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said on April 12 that the PAP has finalised its slate of candidates for the upcoming general election, which will be held at a time of great global uncertainty.

He revealed that the PAP will field more than 30 new candidates – the largest in recent history – in its 2025 slate.

They will be introduced, constituency by constituency, in the coming days.

“There is a gathering storm and we are flying straight into turbulence,” said PM Wong at a press conference where he announced his team for the Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC.

“In such conditions, who you have in the cockpit matters,” he said. “Singaporeans will have to decide on the team they trust to navigate the storm and chart the way forward for our nation.”

He added: “I take this responsibility seriously, because the stakes are high for ourselves and our families and for our future and for Singapore’s place in the world.”

No choice de. They can’t make exceptions just for people who wanna travel for holidays.
i was in Bangkok on polling day during the 2011 GE too. Although that year I wouldn’t get to vote anyway as Tanjong Pagar GRC was uncontested
They will lose a lot of votes

All the well to do 70% all enjoying life overseas, missing out on voting

Leave behind the sour 30% who always think times are bad, always in recession. All very free to vote

So May 9 or 10 will not be a good date. The next weekend 16 and 17 will be better. Election during a LWE will not be a good idea for MIW

Whats the plan? Can he handles War Tariffs between China and U.S.?

Whats the plans for SG should a major war broke out within South China Sea and within this region or worse scenario is the final phase of WW3 concluded?

I will fly budget airline instead. LW's airline is too expensive for my income level.
