Confirm kana say raid reserve.
There are still areas where taxes are untapped yet. Should tax all the economic refugees here gao gao.

If these economic refugees find sg is a good place, very sure they don't mind paying the extra rates.

Let pappies announce first, then mess up their plans when a stronger opposition team is deployed.

the starting salary is higher than private sector to attract ppl to sign on.

it does not stay higher for long after that.

When people start comparing with their peers which is above national average wages. Of course they resigned from the military. My unit regular about 70% out from saf before end of 10 years. Even officers and enciks also leave. Left behind are ltc and 2wo, 1wo which salary is higher compare to their peers

U are stating the obvious

In charge of ntuc, ended up almost selling income

In charge of country, will end up selling...?
before u comment

pls go read up and understand the difference between NTUC as a union, NTUC Enterprise and Income. also read up what the role of NCM as Secretary General of NTUC is. before u sleep tonight, pls do this.

NCM is in charge of NTUC but it does not mean he is responsible directly for the business decisions of an indirectly related entity

OMG edmw really got super clueless and ignorant people who get on my nerves

The NTUC sale of a majority stake in Income Insurance to Allianz was spearheaded by NTUC Enterprise (NE), which is the investment holding company of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Specifically, the leadership at NTUC and NE supported the deal in good faith. While NTUC and NE had supported the deal, it was ultimately blocked by the government due to concerns about the impact on Income's social mission.

Key individuals involved:
  • Ng Chee Meng: The current Secretary-General of NTUC.

  • Desmond Tan: NTUC Deputy Secretary-General.

  • Tan Suee Chieh: Former CEO of NTUC Income and Group CEO of NTUC Enterprise.

  • Tan Kin Lian: Former CEO of NTUC Income.

  • Edwin Tong: Former NTUC Income CEO and a vocal critic of the deal.

It's important to note that the sale was not a merger, as reported by IPS Commons. NTUC Enterprise was formed to institutionalize the strategic partnership between NTUC, SLF (Singapore Labour Foundation), and affiliated unions to support NTUC's social enterprises.

He supported the decision. What else do you not understand that that he nearly committed treason?

The role of Sec Gen NTUC is to advance the interest of workers. It is not to oversee the business matters of an indirectly related entity. Sure he approved in principle but it doesn't mean he is to be held accountable. If u make a mistake at work, should your parents be accountable since they gave birth to you?
