Think in general if work from ground up will know. That is one mark of a good leadership. The ability to dumb down message and instruction into few simple words that most, if not all can understand, regardless of their education and background.
Something which think many of the incumbent lacking. No matter how humble they say they are. When they speak, the heavy use of technical jargons and ambiguous meaning to words, serve more to confuse people.
They are speaking elite talk. It reflects how they don't trust the people to know what's right, only they know best. Thus, doesn't matter as much people get it or not. Just take it or leave it.
