At the moment Punggol don’t have a minister to anchor the grc. So maybe he might be asked to go over but this would also mean the new guy (Foo Cexiang) is not standing for election in Punggol.

With him being available to defend Ponggol GRC, WP will have no chance to take it. Look like PAP has played their card right this round. PAP only lose when they take their eyes off something. Not this round. Their chess pieces are deployed to the best of their internal resources. The likely outcome will be status quo for WP. Question left is whether LMW and HP can retain their NCMP. I highly doubt so. High chance the two slot goes to WP candidates or one (different) PSP candidate.

West Coast already settle with the redrawing of the election lines. The only fear for PAP is WP, so mostly likely is Punggol. Any GRC without WP contesting is safe. Pasir Ris-Changi most likely contestd by the SDA so PAP can field garfield and still win if they want.

Marine Parade team has been announced. If PAP dare to announce it, it means they are confident.

They did not announced Tanjong Pagar GRC because they need to wait for Pasir Ris-Changi GRC. I believe TP GRC will be announced tomorrow.

The only two GRC left now is East Coast and Ponggol. I believe TCH is going over to Ponggol and ET will defend East Coast. HSK will either continue in East Coast or retire.

Tanjong Pagar GRC may turn out to be an interesting case study. Leaving CCS there is a hidden risk that PAP may not anticipate. Like I mentioned in earlier posting, PAP lose a seat/GRC when they take their eyes off the ball. Having place confidence in an area they think is safe. If they keep their eyes on something (EC, MP, Ponggol, WC), they will be prepared and likely wins it.

Suddenly on nomination day, WP attack Tanjong Pagar. That would be quite a show then! PS to bring a team to fight there. Take the founding father home turf. That will shake the foundation of PAP.....lolx. I am dreaming.
