Our company practice is if ph fall on weekend, Monday is off day. We do not go for the option of adding 1 day to AL.

New colleague not in Singapore on election day. On leave. Ask if like this then can have 1 day AL added?

As i have nv take leave on such off day before, I ask new colleague to ask boss

Sounds like colleague didn't take leave on Monday and is already back in Singapore.. So gian png want 1 day flexi to use next time instead of spending that day in Singapore
