No surprises for PAP's Tampines team

PAP’s potential candidates for the five-member Tampines GRC stopped to wave at supporters as they went up to the second floor of the nomination centre to file their papers.

No surprises here, with the team unchanged from what was earlier announced by the party: Mr Masagos Zulkifli as the team lead, along with Mr Koh Poh Koon, Mr Baey Yam Keng and new faces Dr Charlene Chen and Mr David Neo.

WP East Coast and Punggol teams?

A Workers’ Party bus has pulled up at this nomination centre.

Spotted: New faces Harpreet Singh, Sufyan Mikhail Putra, Paris V Parameswari, Nathaniel Koh, Jasper Kuan, Alexis Dang, Alia Mattar, Jackson Au. Former NCMP Yee Jenn Jong is also here.

These names could form the slates for the five-member East Coast and four-member Punggol GRCs.

Sengkang GRC incumbents Ms He Ting Ru, Mr Louis Chua and Associate Professor Jamus Lim are also here. There’s also new face Mr Abdul Muhaimin Abdul Malik – who has already been announced to join the Sengkang team.

PAP’s Bishan-Toa Payoh team is at Methodist Girls’ School nomination centre. The team consists of Transport Minister Chee Hong Tat, Mr Saktiandi Supaat and new faces Mr Cai Yinzhou and Ms Elysa Chen.
