I dun think Punggol WP can win honestly, suddenly parachute a DPM but if the PAP overall % can lower, I hope they can be more effective on hearing from citizens.

Actually now thinking back, not surprising. When they were under Pasir Ris - Punggol, TCH was anchor as DPM for a long time before becoming SM.
