Depends whether west coast residence wants to aid in faster opposition growth or stifle the growth. I do agree if psp don win they are in existential crisis moving forward..tcb might be numbered. I doubt WP intends to grow fast due to the nature of their resources. I doubt WP will even contest west part of Singapore at 2040 election.

Yes got possibility sdp might take over and contest moving forward but what makes you think older gen will vote for them? For me personally I will take psp candidates over sdp candidates any day reason being psp gives me the impression they walk the ground alot more and feels closer to residents

So if west coast hopes to be under pap rule until end of their life go ahead and vote pap and kick psp into oblivion.

PS: this is almost the similar decision aljunied grc residents have to make in 2011 election except WP back then walked the ground in aljunied a lot longer

- Why $2,250, not $4,500?
- Is it only applicable to full-time workers?
- What about part-timers / gig workers?
- Would it discourage employers from hiring full-time workers?
- Will the proposed minimum wage still be relevant in 10 years?
- Will it in the short term lead to increase overheads for the employers / inflation and in the longer term wage stagnation?

Alot of people from the residential area around frontier cc cross the road the traffic light to enter boon lay bus interchange/jurong point. The entrance/exit not very big. Just now the whole group down there block the door , giving out flyer. some people even rushing for work. And it is not even 8am.

From what I see, most people simply bochup and nv take flyer. Just walk past him. Only a very few take the flyer
If they nv even think of this, show some consideration , how expect they serve resident?
