I think the usual approach is a team of advance party will start from the highest level and comb level by level. If the door is closed, hang letter. If opened, ask if want to talk, if yes they will take note of floor and unit number. Then when the MP comes, they straight go to those identified units. Usually very fast since very few units leave their doors open nowadays.

advance party sometimes backfires. or maybe its the attitude of the advance party.

PAP advance party is get you to standby and prepare for the MP like he is a VIP coming. my friend was pissed off. as he feel is the MP should treat him like a VIP instead since is they voted him in.

never hear before WP advance party but if they do, all they should do is just to inform nicely.

But was talking to my friends just earlier this year on this, that how the average middle class can tahan such prices hike. The poor have all the subsidies and grants from the government but the middles class is really the one kena squeezed left right up down
