in my case for customer contact me on daily basis for support often isnt related to significant issue but take up quite abit of resources…
of course for andre wise, not a good optic… and he seriously need to clean his friend list
Being professional, I am sure you will visit, email or write letter to your customer if you cannot reach out to him via phone call.
