From what I heard about AL (from ex schoolmates of him being brash and loud mainly), I don't really like him.

But contesting against NCM, I would vote for AL to give him a chance to change to be a more matured and better person, meaning NCM too old to change anything oredi.

I have a friend literally grooming her son from young to be an MP (scholar route).

Very 'focused' grooming. Son seems to be on the 'right track' so far.
