Indeed I happen to take the mrt at 8 am for 3 straight days and I couldn’t make my way into the cabin on the 1st train and had to wait for the 2nd train though the 2nd train is equally packed

Tokyo trains frequency quite solid one right? Our trains ETA flexible like rubber, always changing one

Was shock when I saw the pack at 8 am but luckily the next train arrived very fast say 2-3 mins

After I posted the thread here, 2nd day smrt deploy those elderly staff and they told the passengers to move in

Slightly better and I still can make my way into on the cabin on 2nd day with smrt staff deploy

i gave up on the train, i used to take the train at 7.40am, need wait for empty train that u turn if not cannot get in

now i take bus and seat all the way from interchange, 20 mins more but more comfy and wont rage when i reach office

I too prefer to take buses but sometime no choice has to reach the place before 9 am so has to rush
