This story is heavily 1 sided. After reading, I am really thinking why are people taregetting her children. Was it really unprovoked? The whole narrative only talked about the action and result but not the reason and intent. Until more information is surfaced, I have my reservations as to if this is a "bully" case.

Is it ok for a child to be physically harmed? Is it ok for anyone to resort to violence to resolve matters?

Parents should let schools handle fighting or bullying cases, and avoid jumping in...

said someone.

how come it's getting rampant of late, in bullying cases here

aren't there anything much being done in every schools around here

where in some, it has been ongoing to the point where the teachers aren't even aware of it

🧐
Maybe really need to consolidate past abuse cases, make a dedicated thread on edmw to keep track and make awareness if it’s getting too rampant like the dedicated errant PMD thread. In this way we are doing our part to remind everyone and hopefully bring pressure for changes.

there are DMs in every school but yet such cases are happening

dun tell me they are still 'monitoring' the situation

:s22:
Singapore has very tough laws protecting animals against abuse and cruelty and rightly so but our laws for child protection seems to be in urgent need of much stricter reform. If animals deserves better life, I don’t think it is very unreasonable for Singaporeans to to demand more action to be done to protect our children too.

we have NGOs like SPCA for animals and AWARE for women but what about our children?

Hooliganism, in general, has been on the rise. I’ve made several posts on the topic in the last few days.
