I know of 3 teachers personally... and they love teaching but candidly told me teaching only takes up 20% of their time...

then if you cut admin job then you retrench them, Gov ask them to upkill to pick up new skill, they don't want because say too old or lazy. then blame gov never take care of them not happy then they will vote WP to show the gov they are not happy. Seem like WP is hero to everyone that are not happy with Gov

By right there should be excess of teachers. If MOE do not merge schools then can shrink the class size.

from my knowing,
class size is 3x
MOE been hiring teachers every year. i think some teachers not local...., then some rather work in tuition centre.
preschool are lacking of teachers also.

during our era, is 40+
after school, we will go additional lessons or form study group.
