Just came back from watching Thunderbolts. Personally, I felt it was a return to Marvel’s older style, more in line with Phase 1 movies. The action was grounded, with noticeably less CGI than we’ve been seeing in recent releases, and I really appreciated that shift. The final arc of the show might feel a bit emo and moody for some.

Thematically, I find the film delves into depression and loneliness, with characters finding comfort and connection among their fellow misfits. It wasn’t perfect, but overall, it was a solid effort, not bad at all.
