True, unless you have my kind of experience. I went for a second interview at the same company 6 months later (re-applied) and ended up crying. The interviewer was going to be my boss if I had taken on the job. This is the first time I cried during an interview. Looking back, I should have just stood up, gave that lady interviewer a piece of my mind, and walked out.

look at their org chart, then look at LinkedIn. See how long they been there. If can find their socials even better. See their pattern.

I always look at their pantry. If Simi sai also don't have, you know it's a relatively stingy culture. So far this has been my experience.

Toxicity is everywhere. Is just how you handle it without being offended or offending them or transformed.
