Once the company asked me there to solve a problem they were facing.
Never contacted me again
I knew something was up and asked the agent and ignorant guy was assuaging me

You have limited access to this information but you can infer a bit from the interview. if the one interviewing u is going to be ur boss, take note of his or her line of questioning, tone and vibes. you can tell early on if someone talks down to u and will look down on u, as opposed to a potential manager who can speak to u as though u are on the same level and is very matter of fact in what is expected for the job.

some interviewers will pinpoint flaws in your resume and start criticising you to feel shiok about themselves, whereas some will tell u what the jobscope is and the job expectations etc and won't bother being such arseholes to find flaws and shoot u down to feel shiok

do your own checks. Go LinkedIn to see what’s the tenure of people been in coy before. That may give a strong hint about coy.

And they can't find a solution

Anyway if they are unhappy with the answer it's a reflection of them.not me.
They can ask an architect to design a building that curves to a side but NOT at that price

True, unless you have my kind of experience. I went for a second interview at the same company 6 months later (re-applied) and ended up crying. The interviewer was going to be my boss if I had taken on the job. This is the first time I cried during an interview. Looking back, I should have just stood up, gave that lady interviewer a piece of my mind, and walked out.

Sometimes it can be hard to tell. One of ex boss was friendly in the interview and he turned up to be the worst boss I ever have.
