so assuming you do teacher assistants they would also think I should be teacher as well.

I have close relatives that are teachers as well so the problem isn’t admin the problem is mostly they implement new changes at whim and teachers have to quickly react.

I do work related to education, and this is a concern. So they are overwhelmed, and she saying the admin portion should be reduced. And post 49 u ask me to read is saying to reduce the projects. So how? What i know is some places are getting admin staff to handle these parts, new frameworks so the transition becomes easier for the teachers. Yes, it may incur cost, but that's how improvements usually happen.
