Just about every oppo idea had been to spend more money but complain when gov raise tax.

Or cut salaries from ministers staying in gcb. No need raise tax to spend if can cut from elsewhere.

Also, can take from defense budget. Why bother buying extra jet, ship, tank when can do something meaningful with that money to help the ppl in need.

I didn’t say hire admin for what. I’m saying it creates more work through the interactions and more cost

so assuming you do teacher assistants they would also think I should be teacher as well.

just because it’s from Alexis doesn’t mean it’s the best thing since sliced bread.

I have close relatives that are teachers as well so the problem isn’t admin the problem is mostly they implement new changes at whim and teachers have to quickly react.

I do work related to education, and this is a concern. So they are overwhelmed, and she saying the admin portion should be reduced. And post 49 u ask me to read is saying to reduce the projects. So how? What i know is some places are getting admin staff to handle these parts, new frameworks so the transition becomes easier for the teachers. Yes, it may incur cost, but that's how improvements usually happen.

Im speaking base on MY views and what i heard. I wont dismiss what you claim what your relative says just because i didnt hear them, just to claim that you DONT understand.

Thats why i find the hypocrisy amazing. Edmw famous for complaining about how ministers in ivory towers dismiss our issues because they cant feel it. Now in this thread that mentions a problem teacher's face, they all dismiss is just because they are not teachers.

In fact, my JC HOD quit her job cause she said tuition teacher earn more plus no need to do so many admin work, can just teach.
