My little 2 cents why it is not reported.

The person comes with a agreement with the parents. - most likely letting their daughter engaged/married him with Special marriage license for underage.

The court then agreed it is no longer a criminal offence and hence there is no crime to report on the news.

So it this all good with all of you or not?
