This soy sauce has a rich umami aftertaste, maybe the alcohol has a part in this. The locally produced Kikoman soy sauce doesnt have this aftertaste. How do u define premium?
I always look at the ingredients and get the most “healthier” possible.

Yes it does, very versatile. Even adding a few drops to white rice/sushi rice adds a depth of flavour. Cant live without this sauce daily.Does it go well with sashimi?
Probably trace amounts of alcohol.is it advisable to drive after consumption?
dun wanna be stopped for a breathalyzer test, lest be caught for drink driving

Have you tried Nanyang Sauce's variety of soya sauce?Does it go well with sashimi?
My soy sauce for sashimi that I bought from Meidi-ya, is running out soon. Looking to replace with a new one soon.
Never seen it at the supermarkets before. I had always purchased a small bottle from a Japanese supermarket chain whenever I ran out. Not a heavily used item as I only used it whenever I buy takeaway sashimi.Have you tried Nanyang Sauce's variety of soya sauce?
They're produced using the traditional way by fermenting organic, non-GMO soya beans and pristine glacial water in bespoken vats.
