Taste like high end Japanese restaurant grade soy sauce.

Can be found in Donki Donki. Just slightly below $10 for 1L. Produced in Japan(label in Japanese words) ingredients contain alcohol.

How do u define premium?
I always look at the ingredients and get the most “healthier” possible.

Does it go well with sashimi?

My soy sauce for sashimi that I bought from Meidi-ya, is running out soon. Looking to replace with a new one soon.

is it advisable to drive after consumption?

dun wanna be stopped for a breathalyzer test, lest be caught for drink driving

after use it to cook the alcohol content gone liao. if pour in saucer, also evaporate liao

unless u drink a whole bottle la. that one nothing to say liao

but honestly soy sauce is soy... beans. taste much better than adulterated jap soy sauce with its wheat. unfortunately weeaboo, betray their chinese origin and prefer to eat jap shoyu

Also to note, I found it in Donki Donki Waterway Point. Not sure if all Donki stores will have it, but I think the main stores will have it.

Have you tried Nanyang Sauce's variety of soya sauce?
They're produced using the traditional way by fermenting organic, non-GMO soya beans and pristine glacial water in bespoken vats.

Never seen it at the supermarkets before. I had always purchased a small bottle from a Japanese supermarket chain whenever I ran out. Not a heavily used item as I only used it whenever I buy takeaway sashimi.
