Given that Xperia mark 6 selling at $1399

Plus those free gift I bet most of us already own at least 1 of them and too excessive that extras are sold to Carousell

Currently, I still own 2 Sony headphones
The mark 1 is I buy one
The mark 4 is Sony free gift when I buy Xperia 1 mark III

They also keep giving 1000X series headphones until all of us own at least one of the range

Currently I have 3 1000X series headphones plus 1 already trade in

I rather wait until it fall price so steep before buying

But I will wait for mark VIII first

Hardware wise too many moving pieces not easy.

Need to balance against battery usage and physical limitations.

Battery is the same old 5000mah graphite lithium instead of the newer high density efficient silicon carbide.

Charging uses the older basic pd protocol which can generate more heat at higher charging speeds vs newer PPS protocol, hence phone charging speed could be capped because of this.

Larger image sensors = more battery and more heat and larger physical camera bump.

4k panel uses more battery.

And seems like Snapdragon Elite and / or Ai uses more battery too.

But anyway not my concern since I am not buying mark VII because no 4k display
