the new version of the apps? i did not update the latest version as such i can log in without issue
guess the new version causing the problem

I have the same problem with iOS.

Guess I'll just reinstall the app, since I can't even login through the web using SMS OTP, only mobile token which is inaccessible. 🙄

Even reinstalling the app doesn't work! 🤮

Just tried on Android too. Their Android app is broken as well. 🙄

You have to remove/uninstall the app, then install again as it it's new.
I'm using android.

I found the problem. They are doing some security nonsense on the phone like what OCBC tried the last time.

The Android one only works if Developer Options is turned off. The iOS one only works on one of my spare old iPhones with nothing installed.

Anyway, with their interest dropping to match Mari, there's no incentive to use them anymore.

Turn on developer options and SIF mobile stop working!

In addition to turning off developer options, you need to disable all accessibility settings that other apps may have to log into the app.

Wah. That's quite bad if the apps not working. Imagine customer want to withdraw money
