they have suppliers for peeled cooked eggs...
I see before it comes in vacuum sealed pack..
hawker just have to unpack n dump into braised sauce..

small size.. probably 45 to 50grams only each..

that day she was at the long bench in front of the ytf stall... serving customers... (a group of old folks..aunties n uncles)
I just happen to walk pass... she is scolding or quarreling with one of the uncle in the group..
no idea what's wrong lah...

her family members have to go out of stall n pull her back..
(her reputation no good lah... I guess some itchy backside uncle anyhow say things)

AMK 505 kpt chicken rice stall: shredded chicken horfun + egg ... $4 + $1 not bad eat.
