can blast freeze inside freezer for 15-20mins just to lower the temperature and remove the moisture, before putting inside fridge...

by right, normal banana cake can stay outside fridge at least 1-2 days. it's just when the shop put it inside the plastic box container, the cake's still releasing steams making the surface wet/moist, if air dried properly with fan sure can last longer even at room temperature...

wah this one is mass production style..
by right, normal banana cake can stay outside fridge at least 1-2 days. it's just when the shop put it inside the plastic box container, the cake's still releasing steams making the surface wet/moist, if air dried properly with fan sure can last longer even at room temperature...

ppl cant wait for the cakes to be cool then packed by then.. the q would 2 hrs long hahha

I thought cake shops will normally advise customers to leave the box of such hot foods open, or poke holes in the cover. But then again, this Hiap Joo will be too busy dealing with the long queue to deal with each and every one, I guess...

ya i left it open outside for like 1 day moldy already haha, i think like what the other guy said should freeze first then chill them... haha

康盛中医 Kang Sheng TCM in Paradigm Mall, be warn that their charges is expensive.
My wife over stretch her arm, arm and back also pain. See SG doc, slightly better. Went Kang Sheng TCM, female doc, after consultation, she give my wife massage and medication. My wife scare of acupuncture, so not her choice. She recover before completing the whole medication. Cost about SGD90.

Recent trip we went there again.
My wife got phlegm between the throat and nose, stomach not so good. The doc ask when we can visit her again, we don't know, so request for 1 mth medication. Cost SGD150. She recover very well, except the phlegm is still there but lesser. I brought other TCM med for her.

Acupuncture + TCM med can recover faster, if you dare.
