How's your usage pattern? How many hours daily?

Mine is about 1-2 hrs daily. Weekend maybe 8-9 hrs. So far so good

Not a high usage frequency, you really gotten a bad product, not sure if the 2nd and 3rd that u received was a refurbished set....haiz

I've sent the monitor back to Xiaomi Service Center.

Apparently they don't produce the model anymore, so can't do a 1-1 exchange anymore.

Potentially, they'll do a refund for it instead of repairing it.
Hopefully the refund gets approved. Then at least it can help fund 70% of my new monitor (LG 32GP850).

I just RMAed 1 month ago and now i have the same issue again.

Forgot to mention, this is from Xiaomi's official store on Lazada. Bought at $450 after vouchers....

Maximum regret. When i went to RMA 1month ago, the person still told me it's a new batch and won't have the issue anymore.

Bro your monitor is the G34WQI? I got mine i n dec last year, i think the speakers kaput liao.
I plug an audio cable in directly also no sound.
