What is wrong with the guy ****.
Mothership.sg pic were sharper. He was trying to hump the cat. Maybe been watching too much animal porn. So he thinks it's ok to release on animals instead.
Maybe law should include caning for such cases

The cover is an asshole la. We were supposed to have rotational duties, but because of all his reservist and personal leave, I ended up doing back-to-back duty cycles. The fair thing would’ve been for those returning to swap in and take over, but that guy had the audacity to say I should only follow up on urgent matters during his absence. But my boss kept assigning me to cover all his duties during his rotation weeks regardless urgent or not. So in the end, I was doing double the work while he came and went like nothing happened.

One of the worse cover/partner i ever tagged with. ***** thick skin. when he got the promotion still not gearing up. He damn lucky, got "kao shan".

He responded because I re-forwarded the email in whole with my other teammate and boss all inside, even though he was already copied. He probably felt like I was throwing him under the bus since the whole team was in the thread. But I did it because he often ignored business emails and DMs, and I was the one getting heat from the business. I tried forward the email to only him but it took time to remove all parties and he also ignored it.

Complained to the boss before so I only forwarded subsequent business email, he uncharged of, to him while copy my boss as she asked me to do so since she wants to monitor the work. Then again, instead of backing me, my boss sided with him and questioned why I forwarded it again. I had to explain everything. She pretended to sympathize but then told me, “the whole team doesn’t like you forwarding emails when they’re already copied.” At that point, I was just like, whatever. They were not the ones constantly getting hounded by business for updates.

So I stopped forwarding anything to him or the team. When business came to me, I told them to reach out to the individual directly. Not long after, my boss brought it up in a meeting, asking why no one was monitoring emails or helping each other. That period was eye-opening, suddenly everyone became super alert to emails, only because no one else was doing the cover work anymore.

if the email is attention to him or is for him to reply, then dont have to forward again, no?

some people dont like to get forward because they have many emails already

is not ur responsbility to check that he reply

Not sure if you caught my earlier clarification that those emails had to be re-forwarded because they often went unanswered for 1–2 weeks. You have to understand, I was constantly getting heat from the business due to the team's lack of response. The whole team, including him, was generally unresponsive, so business would end up chasing me instead. If I didn’t forward or remind him or the team, my boss would just assume I was responsible, since my BAU already covered almost everyone’s portfolio.

I have business came calling me or came to my office to look for me. Some even apologise to me for chasing me since they can't reach out to my teammate of boss.
