I based on my previous trade-in at the Sony Store. No need lah. They just accept your headset

To add further, can also test drive at CEE. They have 3 demo sets. If pre-order there, can get extra power bank or fan free too. That's what I was told. June 6 go Bugis to collect and trade-in the old headset.

All stores can process trade-in, but maybe collection and handing over the old one is at Bugis only. I may heard wrongly though.
