Anyone did trade in with connect it ? I asked on shopee but no replies. Lost the cable and no box, want to ask if it’s okay to do trade in. Asked Sony SG via whatsapp they insisted that cannot be extended beyond today. I’m overseas now so cannot do the trade in.

Just return the headphone. Who keeps the box for so long?

For those trading in their old xm headphone, does Sony require U to trade with complete set such as the pouch, cables and etc?

I based on my previous trade-in at the Sony Store. No need lah. They just accept your headset

Anyone upgraded from XM3 to XM6? How is the XM6 relative to the XM3?

I traded in my XM3 for XM6. Probably due to the upgraded pad, but i find the pad in the XM6 needs to be swapped out immediately. Waiting for third party pad to be available.

One more thing, I am using the XM3 case for the XM6 as the XM3 case is smaller! Just need to take out the small triangle in the center.

Nice. I was considering the trade in, but wanted to retain my XM3 as I love it. Not too sure about the XM6 at the moment, hence didn’t want to trade it in and get stuck. I hope apart from the pads, the update was great?

Go to a shop and try it urself, eg some Challenger stores have demo units.

After each use wipe with clean water and let it to dry.

With fw 3.0.0 comes LE Audio. Anyone tried it? SQ sound better, clearer to me.
