Those taps and shower mixers that comes with BTO can use or not?

Oj ya now no 100k no count, When I do my reno for 4 rm, 43k complete and direct contractors. People keep telling me now inflation prices high. Very good to chop, thinking of PT ID. Each year 2-4 projects then i travel for fun. Reno loans , the fund are going to ID first. Water can be deep.

which one is cheaper in the long run?

Play TB brands before those cheap $50 ones, replace every 1-2 y. Then just get better brands, easy for 5 y.

actually new bto toilet is tornado one. but ur sai can flush down i dunno.

american standard is now wholly owned by a japanese company,
their stuff are mostly made in china or mexico

at best a mid range brand

Good brands like Grobe and Rubine, not too expensive and last long. Got more budget then too,kohler, handgrohe and etc
