my Rubine also more than 10 years.

be happy that the safety feature kicks in and trip your circuit. if i were you i would just pay to buy a new one.
lol ... i didnt save this marnee during bto, tried to fix water heater before, its just dangerous

I 2nd this recommendations...mine also more than 10 yrs, recently changing to the same brand as renovating our bathrooms.
agree, jus get a 707, wont go wrong.
$273. But i was thinking that if it was a simple heating elemetn issue, it would be much cheaper to repair...How much did you pay for the heater?
Personally, I would rather replace the entire thing.
Typical problem is heating element spoil, since it happened after a few years. Our Joven heater is now causing the circuit breaker to trip every time we try to turn it on. Purchased in March 2023, i think its just past the 2 year warranty period.
Is this something that can be fixed if we call a technician? Or do we need to buy a brand new one? If we need to buy, can anyone recommend a reliable brand? A water heater should not be breaking 2 years after we purchased it...
$70 for just diagnose. after that is parts and labour, plus waiting time. if you value your family time and safety, just go to gain or courts or neighbourhood shop, get something that comes with free installation and removal.No.
Joven wants $70+ diagnostic fee because its not under warranty anymore. Not sure what the full charge is like but i suspect will be quite expensive. Where to find a technician to repair without getting chopped?
cold is the new norm this heatwaveI 2nd this recommendations...mine also more than 10 yrs, recently changing to the same brand as renovating our bathrooms.
For me I don't use heated water to shower anymore but my partner & son still can't shower cold.
