registrations is a bit tricky.... coz got space no space then abit buggy.. but try afew times can already

Reached Gemas still have to change when coming back from KL. Or from SG / JB side go up also need to transfer at Gemas.

Like not much benefit unless one is willing to go through the hassle for the comfort ride from Gemas to KL / KL to Gemas

If direct KL to JB sentral will be best.
Currently still need to change train at Gemas, waste time.

Hows lotus tebrau now? Last i went it was really a malay mall. Maybe cause nearby is all chinese neighborhood, all the malays gather at that mall. Felt really odd 1 out.

Probably the only halal food court in the vicinity.
Hmmm, whenever I’m there, there’s Chinese, both Malaysian and Singaporean, typically weekday morning. It's no different from Lotus’s Plentong or Bukit Indah, only difference is there’s a bakery supply shop at L1 and two indoor playground for the kids. I will occasionally buy the paper products from welcome concept store. Yeah the food court is more catered to Halal taste buds, which I’ve never eaten before. I’m only there for the groceries to be honest.

In Johor Bahru (JB), there are two primary parking apps to use: MBJBSpot and Parkmax@Johor. MBJBSpot is generally used for areas under the Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru (MBJB) (city council). Parkmax@Johor is used in areas managed by Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP). It's crucial to check the signage at the parking spot to see which council it falls under.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
  • MBJBSpot (Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru):
This app is primarily used for parking in Johor Bahru City Centre. It's recommended to download the MBJBSpot V2 app, according to Reddit. This app allows you to pay for parking and even manage compounds.

    • Parkmax@Johor (Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri):
This app is used for areas like Sutera Mall, Bukit Indah, and other areas under MBIP jurisdiction. Look for signage indicating "Zon Parkir Berbayar" (paid parking zone) with the MBIP logo, as mentioned on Facebook.
Tips for using parking apps in JB:
    • Check the signage:
Before using the app, carefully review the parking signage to determine which council manages the parking area and which app to use.
    • Download the correct app:
Make sure you download the appropriate MBJBSpot V2 or Parkmax@Johor app.
    • Payment options:
MBJBSpot V2 allows payment through credit/debit cards and FPX online banking. You can also transfer credits to other MBJBSpot accounts.
    • Other payment methods:
In addition to apps, Touch 'n Go cards are often accepted in many mall car parks.
